Lagoon: It's What Fun Is!

I went to Lagoon with one of my favorite families in the universe, and we had an absolute blast! i hadn't been to Lagoon in like 6 years. we went on all the rides we could. The Rocket (blastoff and re-entry), Samurai, Spider and so many more!

may i share the experience with you??
ok. :)

(p.s. I do not have a lazy eye, but in these first few pictures it looks like it. I blame it on my camera phone...)

Rocket.

do you notice the space under my arm and above collette's shoulder? It looks like a heart! how cute huh?!

this is Hawaiin Ice -- that stuff is SO cold and absolutely delicious!

the 2 of us went on the Cliffhanger and we got soaking wet! This pic doesn't show our pants...but trust us... we were soaking wet!

Collette and i won the last round of bumper cars! hoorah!

White Rollercoaster. It is the oldest wooden one in the US...or world..? can't remember.

Wild Mouse.

My favorite ride probably!

Lineman's Rodeo

Not a football "lineman."
Power company "lineman."

I deal with linemen every working day.
I love them and they are a handful at the same time!
I wanted to go support them at their little rodeo.

You are an apprentice for 3 years before an official journeyman-lineman, and those that are an apprentice have to come to these rodeo shin-digs as part of their program.

I gained a greater appreciation for what these guys do for a living.

Miss Lisa the DJ.
I knew her daughter from middle school & she works for the power company also.

The photo's in the auction.

Rescuing a 150 lb. dummy.
this actually happens. sometimes they have had to rescue a co-worker from a job.

weekend continued

In between watching General Conference, studying, sleeping, eating, driving, and more studying...
I hung out with these ladies!
We visited the night before until 2 a.m.!

On Saturday afternoon Savannah comes running over and asks if we want to go ice skating with them.
Sure!
We went to the Olympic Oval, but they didn't open for another like1-2 hours.
So we went to Accord instead.
I haven't been ice skating since my first date with Keltson...over 3 years ago!

Mom, Collette, Hallie, Savannah, Me, Anna

we were trying to spin :)

Hidden talents?? Who knew! Go Anna!

This is one of my favorite pictures of my mom.
wow. I love her. :)

Our attempt at silly faces.

After dropping off Hallie at home, we decided to go to Olive Garden for a very very later dinner.
Like...9:45 p.m. late dinner.
Oh goodness.

It was a lot of fun & I am glad that I could be with my "little sisters" and still study in between car rides. :)
