Tonight we got together with Mike, Pat & Keely to exchange Christmas gifts and conversation.
Texas Roadhouse was the restaurant of choice -- this works for me because I am a meat and potatoes girl for sure.
Mom and I split the special: 2 8oz, medium rare steaks, half rack of ribs, 2 diet cokes, me: mashed potates w/ cream gravy, green beans, mom: salad, sweet potato.
So many calories and oh so delicious. :)
